Phlebotomy Certification test
Test Date: Saturday, December 11, 2010 @ 8:30 a.m.
Application deadline: Friday, September 24, 2010 @ 4:00 p.m.

Test Date: varies (can take the exam 90 days after application is submitted, processed and approved by the certification agency)
